37 weeks pregnant and idk if its labor or not...?

I am a few days away from being 38 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing this horrible horrible pain and pressure in my abdomen and lower back. This started about 1130 yesterday morning and has only gotten worse. It's now 4 am the next morning and I am to the point where its hurts enough to not let me sleep at all. I am to the point where i can actually tell when the pain is going to intensify. It happens about every 2 minutes and last for almost 1 i just don't have any tightening that i can recognize to go with it. What the heck is going on with me?
