Any resturaunts or lounges where servers make good money in Roseville?

Hi... So I am moving to Roseville (Sacramento areas) in a few months. currently I cocktail at a Casino and well the money is nice..Also have experience in fine dining. So my question is are there any restaurants that anyone knows of where the servers are known to take home about $150+ a day?? Or what the most popular places out there are, that have a little bit of a pricier menu. I know there are card rooms and casino's around there but my question is regarding resturaunts and lounges. Hopefully there's some people in the industry out there willing to give up some of this info lol although I know its one of those things that are liked to be kept hidden..
