How can I live on my own alone on Social Benefits as my Income?

I live in Sacramento, CA. I receive special benefits, both SSA & SSI through my disability. I'm sort of in a crunch because Social Security just decreased my check stating that everyone who has SSI, their check has been decreased as of July 2011 and continued til other changes come... I was already in a tight bubble when they cut part of my check already saying that I owe them money which would take up to 3 years to cover. As of now, I have just about 2 more years until it's paid full. So I'm living with my Mother temporarily at the moment until I can find a good, clean affordable place to live. The Area, the community has to be clean and at least decent, as for the apartment. I want to live on my alone in a 1 bedroom/ 2 that I can afford. My income was is $780. As of now it is 745.40 or 765.40. Where can I get an Apartment anywhere in Sacramento... (hoping somewhere in the Natomas Area) ...with my income?
