Who is a better scorer: Chris Paul or Chauncey Billups?

Chauncey Billups is the better scorer. Even though I like CP3 better, I know what I mean. Chauncey has more PPG this season, more 30 point games, and scored a season-high that's more than CP3's. But if your talking about career or anything else, I'm sure that's CP3 :)
