Are there and places in Sacramento, CA that replace phone screens?

My Samsung Impression screen blacks out for a short period of time when I slide it up. also, sometimes it turns green and purple. I have already been to the phone store, and I can't send it in to get it fixed because my warranty expired two weeks ago. I have no money to buy a new phone, plus it's to much work to put everything back onto a new one. Are their any electronic places that can fix this problem?
