Is there a place where you can rent a car for a couple of hours?

I want to go do stuff with my friends for my birthday, but our car isnt big enough. I want to rent a car but I don't want to keep it over night. Is there any place in citrus heights/Sacramento/ Roseville that I can rent a car for like 8 hours?
