HELP?! I feel as if he doesn't like my decisions?

Depends on how far that is. He did say he liked you so it could of made him sad that this college you want to go to maybe far from him and he probably doesn't know how to tell you that.. College may not be on his mind just yet boys take a longer time to make decisions then we do... Hope I could help =)
