PLEASE ANSWER. belly buttton piercing question?

well people told me to stop using peroxide on my belly button piercing so i will. they told me to use sea salt (which i got form the piercing place) and warm water. i guess since my belly button is so irritated the suction from the shot glass ( that has my warm water and sea salt) hurts. and they told me to use unscented mild soap, so is baby soap ok?? answer please and thanks.
