Tampon question.....?

I had the same problem as you, the first thing you need to do is relax and don't rush yourself. when you are scared you tighten up automatically. Try putting one leg up on a toilet seat and insert it that way, don't use the cardboard applicators definitely use plastic. Also use the least absorbancy that you need, the least absorbent, the smaller the tampon. They only hurt to pull out if they havent been used enough and are still dry, if it is full of blood it comes out piece of cake. Also try taking the tampon out in the same position you put it in, and don't forget, relax! Also im not sure what Katie G is talking about but its impossible to get an STD from a tampon.
