How do i get to high desert state prison Susanville ,ca from sacramento ca without driving?

I have a loved one who is transferring to High desert state prison in Susanville,ca. I have no idea how to get there without driving, I don't feel comfortable driving so is there anyway to get there for the weekend by bus, plane, train or anything?
