Small LadyCup Capacity?

Hello! I'm 14 and a virgin if that matters and I just got my new small ladycup I tried it out for the first time on a dry run with sucess on the second attempt (yay!) removal was sort of painful though(I dont think I could break the suction) however after 4 or 5 minutes I was able to take it out. Anyways, I was wondering if you think I should return it and get the large ladycup b/c I was browsing and saw some posts that said that the ladycup was for light flow...I'm not sure if I have what you would call a light flow or not...On my heaviest days I go through a regular tampon in 3 to 4 hours and the other days I can usually leave a regular tampon in for 4-6 hours. Would I end up changing my ladycup as often as I would a tampon?
