Skimmer hose stuck in pool drain at the very bottom of the pool?

We just reopened out pool, spending $1600 dollars. We hadn't put the drain covers back on and put chlorine and acid in the pool when we notice the hose from the skimmer was stuck in there. I got in there and pulled it really hard, afraid it was gonna snap. I know some of the hard plastic knobs are in the PVC drain under the concrete at the bottom of the pool because it's really stuck good. I don't see a way to reverse the pool suction and it's stuck so bad that might not work, if it's possible to reverse the suction. Any suggestions and repair estimates will be greatly appreciated.
