Popping sound in my ear?

If I turn my head. Talk, or so lick my lips a popping sound hits my right ear. It doesn't hurt unless I move my whole ear, it makes me REALLY dizzy when it happens, it sounds like when you first open a glass jar. That popping thing on the lid. Exactly like that. I went swimming last night, but it didn't happen untill I woke up this morning, I tried, q-tips, shaking my head, suction. I can barely stand any ideas to what it is or maybe to fix it?
