16 month old allergies or something else?

I took my 16 mo old to doc yesterday she has a very runny nose a mucusy cough sneezing droopy watery eyes they did an allergy test which will take about a week to get back they also deep suctioned her nose but it started runny again right after we left she was up whinning/crying and coughing all night ive givin her benadryl 3 times and it isnt helping she has also had a low grade fever off and on so ive giving her tylonol im worried its something more then allergies shes never had this before or a cough any thoughs
